Doggerland Foundation
Working to restore the Dogger Bank, Doggerland Foundation is reimagining one of the North Sea’s most impacted ecosystems as a model for large-scale marine recovery. Through science, advocacy, and restoration, they aim to show what a thriving offshore environment can look like—and inspire similar action across European waters.
Deutsche Umwelthilfe
Deutsche Umwelthilfe protects nature, climate, and consumer rights by combining advocacy, public education, and legal action. From tackling air pollution to pushing for stronger environmental standards, they drive systemic change while empowering people to make more sustainable choices.
Surfers Against Sewage
Surfers Against Sewage mobilises communities across the UK to protect oceans, waves, and beaches. Through grassroots campaigns, citizen science, and education, they tackle pollution at its source and empower people to take action for cleaner, healthier coastlines.
Hope Zones Foundation
Hope Zones Foundation is creating protected coastal “hope zones” in Portugal where nature and communities can thrive together. By connecting land and sea conservation with local livelihoods, they build scalable models for effective and sustainable marine protection.
Defense des milieux aquatiques
Défense des Milieux Aquatiques defends rivers, lakes, and wetlands from destructive practices such as overfishing, poaching, and damaging infrastructure. Alongside on-the-ground action, they work to strengthen legal protections and ensure aquatic ecosystems are safeguarded for the future.
